This website presents the practice of Dr. Oksana Gravets, C.Psych., operated by Gravets Psychology Professional Corporation in Ontario. Information you provide

The general inquiry form asks for your name, email address, whether you are 18 or older, and whether you reside in one of the provinces listed. You may leave a brief general question. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, treatment history, insurance details, or other confidential health information through this form or ordinary email.

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability and administrative questions, and arrange next steps. Sending an inquiry does not book an appointment or establish a psychologist–client relationship. The form asks for your agreement to an email reply.

Website services and storage

Squarespace hosts this website and processes form submissions. Inquiry information may be stored in Squarespace’s submissions system and delivered to the practice’s email account. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled to help prevent spam. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Email and website forms are not guaranteed confidential clinical communication channels.

The website’s hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, and pages visited.
